第一段:雙手托天理三焦: 調整呼吸

第二段:左右開弓似射鵰: 馬步站穩練深蹲


第三段:調理脾胃須單舉: 垂直調整呼吸


第四段:五勞七傷向後瞧: 水平調整呼吸


第五段:搖頭擺尾去心火: 深蹲同時練背肌


第六段:兩手攀足固腎腰: 上下伸展拉筋


第七段:攥拳怒目增氣力: 再次深蹲以及練手臂


第八段:背後七顛百病消: 墊腳,最後收勢


Baduanjin is composed of eight movements, each of which needs to be combined with breathing, and repeated many times is called a section. The soothing movements are suitable for people of all ages to exercise.


Baduanjin, Wu Qin Xi, and Tai Chi are all fitness methods widely spread among Chinese folks. The name "Baduanjin" is generally believed to have two meanings: 1. It means that it is a kind of exercise that collects various practice methods; 2. It comes from a brocade called "Baduanjin", which means that when practicing Continuous movement.
